Admission Process

Our admission process is easy and parent-friendly and our admission team is available to help you at every stage of the process.

Age Criteria (as per NEP 2020) – The age must be correctly specified on the form; no relaxation will be granted  

1. Nursery: 3+ years 
2. LKG (Lower KG): 4+ years 
3. UKG (Upper KG): 5+ years 
4. Class 1: 6+ years 

Procedure

1. Parents contact the school through phone or e mail and set up a meeting with the admission counsellor. 
2. Parents complete registration for the admission process.
3. The school conducts a friendly interaction with the child to understand their readiness for school and the grade followed by a short test for primary school grades (Grade 1st to 5th). For Senior School (Grade 6th to 9th) Maths, Science and English test is conducted
4. Admissions are carried out through a fair and transparent process in accordance with the school’s admission guidelines. Admission confirmation is shared with parents through both online and phone communication. 

Process Post Admission Offer

1. If the child clears the written test, the admission offer is made.
2. Parent’s pay the fee and the class and section is assigned.
3. Bus Route is also assigned and driver information shared. Transport charge is not included in the fee as it is based on distance of stop from school.
4. Uniform Card and books card is given to the parents. Uniform charge is not included in the fee and the amount needs to be paid directly at the uniform store.

हमारी प्रवेश प्रक्रिया आसान है और हमारे प्रवेश टीम हर चरण में आपकी मदद करने के लिए उपलब्ध है।

आयु मानदंड (NEP 2020 के अनुसार) 

फॉर्म पर आयु सही ढंग से बताई जानी चाहिए; कोई छूट नहीं दी जाएगी।

– नर्सरी: 3+ साल
– LKG (लोअर केजी): 4+ साल
– UKG (अप्पर केजी): 5+ साल
– कक्षा 1: 6+ साल

प्रवेश प्रक्रिया

1. अभिभावक स्कूल से फोन या ईमेल के माध्यम से संपर्क करते हैं और प्रवेश काउंसलर के साथ मीटिंग सेट करते हैं।
2. अभिभावक प्रवेश प्रक्रिया के लिए पंजीकरण पूरा करते हैं।
3. प्रवेश काउंसलर बच्चे के स्कूल के लिए तैयार होने की स्थिति को समझने के लिए एक मित्रवत इंटरैक्शन आयोजित करता है और प्राथमिक स्कूल कक्षाओं (कक्षा 1 से 5) के लिए एक छोटा टेस्ट आयोजित करता है। वरिष्ठ स्कूल (कक्षा 6 से 9) के लिए गणित, विज्ञान और अंग्रेजी का टेस्ट लिया जाता है।
4. प्रवेश दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार एक निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाता है। प्रवेश की पुष्टि अभिभावकों को ऑनलाइन और फोन दोनों माध्यम से साझा की जाती है।

प्रवेश प्रस्ताव के बाद की प्रक्रिया 

1. अगर बच्चा लिखित परीक्षा पास कर लेता है, तो प्रवेश कर दिया जाता है।  
2. माता-पिता प्रस्ताव फीस का भुगतान करते हैं और एक कक्षा और सेक्शन दिया जाता है। 
3. बस रूट भी दिया जाता है और ड्राइवर की जानकारी साझा की जाती है। ट्रांसपोर्ट चार्ज फीस में शामिल नहीं होता क्योंकि यह स्कूल से स्टॉप की दूरी पर आधारित होता है।  
4. यूनिफॉर्म कार्ड और किताबों का कार्ड माता-पिता को दिया जाता है। यूनिफॉर्म चार्ज फीस में शामिल नहीं है और इसे सीधे यूनिफॉर्म स्टोर पर भुगतान करना होता है।
